1. Eligibility & Business Nature

This Site is intended for business-to-business (B2B) customers, including keyboard studios, custom brand owners, peripheral resellers, OEM/ODM partners and procurement professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to bind the business entity you represent. Retail end-consumers should contact us for retail channel information.

2. Account Registration

To request quotes, samples or place bulk orders, you may need to register a business account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information (company name, business registration, contact details) and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to approve, suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet our B2B eligibility standards or that violate these Terms.

3. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to display accurate specifications, images, colors, force curves and travel distances. However, parameters such as operating force, pre-travel, total travel, spring weight and lifespan are typical values within manufacturing tolerances and may vary slightly between production batches. All prices are quoted in the currency stated on the Site or in your formal quotation, are exclusive of taxes, duties, shipping and insurance, and are valid for the period stated. We may change prices, discontinue products or modify specifications without prior notice.

4. Quotes, Samples & Orders

A quotation or sample request is not a binding order until we issue a formal proforma invoice and you confirm payment. Minimum order quantities (MOQ), sample fees, lead times and customization terms are specified per quotation. Custom or OEM/ODM orders (including branded stems, housing colors, logo engraving, modified springs or lubrication) are non-cancellable after production has begun. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including product designs, patents, trademarks, trade dress, technical diagrams, images, text and the “TTC” / “TTC Switch Supply” brand — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, resell, scrape or create derivative works for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Product names and logos of third-party brands remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of export control, customs or sanctions regulations.
• Misrepresent your identity or business affiliation, or submit false business information.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest product data, prices or customer information using bots or automated tools.
• Reverse engineer our products or use technical information for unauthorized manufacturing.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site or our systems.
• Resell or divert our products to sanctioned entities, counterfeiters, or unauthorized distribution channels.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Product testing results are based on our internal standards and do not guarantee performance in every end-user build.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TTC Switch Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption arising from your use of the Site or reliance on product information. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TTC Switch Supply from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your breach of any applicable law or third-party right in connection with products purchased through this Site.

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and protect your business information. By registering or placing an order, you consent to such processing.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to the Huizhou Arbitration Commission in Huizhou, Guangdong, for final arbitration. Nothing in this section limits your right to seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property infringement.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site at any time if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent or prohibited activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately; accrued payment obligations survive.
